Four methods.
Pressure is only right for some of what we clean. The rest gets softwashed, scraped or hand-washed — which is exactly why nothing leaves our jobs pitted, striped or stripped.
Driveway & Patio Cleaning
Block paving, Indian sandstone, concrete flags, imprinted concrete, tarmac, paths and steps. Rotary surface cleaning for an even finish, hand-lanced edges, and fresh kiln-dried sand brushed back into the joints.

Roof Cleaning & Moss Removal
Moss scraped back by hand from a tower or roof ladder, gutters and valleys cleared, then a biocidal softwash that kills the spores left behind. No lance anywhere near your tiles.

Render Cleaning & Softwashing
Silicone render, K-Rend, monocouche, pebbledash and painted masonry treated at little more than garden-hose pressure. Green algae, black spotting and red staining killed at the root.

Gutter, Fascia & Soffit Cleaning
Gutters vacuumed from the ground with a pole camera so you can see the runs before and after, downpipes flushed to prove they are clear, and the uPVC hand-washed back to white.

Decking & timber
Low-pressure clean and biocide on softwood and composite decking, fencing and pergolas.
Conservatory roofs
Glass, polycarbonate and the frames around them, cleaned from the ground where we can.
Commercial cladding
Industrial units, shop fronts and forecourts. Early mornings or out of hours if you need it.
Biocide treatments
An add-on to any clean. Kills the growth at the root so the finish holds for years, not weeks.

Four steps, no surprises
Send us the details
Tell us what needs cleaning and roughly how big it is. A couple of phone photos is plenty — we do not need measurements.
Get a fixed price
We come back with a written quote and a realistic idea of what the finish will look like. If a surface will not come up well, we say so.
We do the work
We arrive with our own water and power, sheet up what needs protecting, and work through the job properly rather than quickly.
